Our goal is to make sure that you're happy and have the best experience possible with us. That means if our products aren't for you, we'll refund your order in full, with proof of purchase, within 30 days from the date of purchase.

This happiness guarantee applies whether you are a new customer who just made your first order, or you are an existing customer.

Products purchased in a nicol retail store may be refunded for the purchase price of the product in any nicol location. They cannot be returned or refunded through nicolpickleball.com.
